Cancelling an order before it ships
If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Cancelling an order after it ships
If you need to cancel an order after it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order, you will need to follow our return policy and return the item(s) for a refund.
Cancelling a pre-order
If you have placed a pre-order for an item and wish to cancel the pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. If the item has not yet shipped, we will cancel the pre-order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy and return the item(s) for a refund.
Cancellation of a subscription
If you have subscribed to our monthly subscription service and wish to cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription. Please note that you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
If you cancel your subscription after the billing cycle has started, you will be charged for the current month and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
