We offer shipping services to locations worldwide from our facilities located in the USA. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be imposed on shipments outside of the USA.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak shopping periods, processing time may take longer.

Shipping Time and Fees

We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping generally takes between 5-11 business days for deliveries within the USA, and 15-30 business days for international deliveries. Express Shipping is available for an additional fee and generally takes 3-6 business days for deliveries within the USA, and 6-11 business days for international deliveries.

For Standard Shipping, the shipping fee within the USA is $5.95, and the shipping fee for international orders is $9.95. For Express Shipping, the fees vary depending on the weight and destination of the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions. We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Saxori. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
